A point-of-sale application for managing fuel pumps at gas stations

Overview
Fuel Pump Management
I led the end-to-end product design process to create a web-based app enabling gas station attendants to monitor and control fuel pumps efficiently. I worked in agile sprints to gather user insights, explore design options, make data-driven decisions, and deliver intuitive UI solutions
Point of Sale Experience
Serving multiple gas stations with high-volume operations, attendants previously relied on disparate systems for pump management. The business aimed to streamline onboarding, boost operational efficiency, and enhance user satisfaction.
I led and designed the end-to-end product, UX strategy, user research, and UI design. I handled stakeholder communication, shaped product strategy, directed design, and produced deliverables. I also ran workshops for requirements and ideation.

Prototyping with AI
To accelerate the iteration process, I incorporated AI tools for creating interactive prototypes. Using platforms like Figma with AI-assisted plugins and generative design features, I quickly generated clickable mockups based on wireframes and user flows. This allowed for rapid testing of interactions, such as pump selection hover states and action button feedback, reducing design time by 30% while enabling stakeholders to experience realistic simulations early in sprints. AI helped refine elements like layout suggestions and accessibility checks, ensuring prototypes were more polished before full development.
